• Username, display name, email address, and phone number (for OTP verification)
• Date of birth (collected once, solely to verify eligibility — see Section 7)

• Current mood and mood history

B. Content You Create

• Posts, clips, stories, and waves
• Moodiary entries (private by default — never shared without your explicit action)
• Comments, reactions, and chat messages
• Mood check-ins and MoodChallenge activity
